Our Team
- An engineer with extensive experience, Mr. Jain played a key role in the execution of the AAC blocks plant in Golan, Gujarat, from 2009 to 2010. He collaborated with German experts on design, installation, and commissioning, leveraging his expertise in Weherann, a German technology.
- Prior to Dlite Blocks, Mr. Jain made significant contributions to the industry while holding various positions at Hyderabad industries, including project engineer, project in-charge, and GM of the manufacturing division.
- His 34-year career and additional 4 years on retainer equip him with invaluable expertise in process plant design, project planning, manufacturing, vendor sourcing, cost control, and timely project execution.
- Mr. Jain’s continued involvement in installation and commissioning enhances Dlite Blocks’ service offerings.
Mr. Vijay Kumar Jain

- Under Mr. Patni’s leadership, the Patni Group has experienced substantial growth. He has held key positions on various regulatory boards and overseen the group’s impressive network of over 5000 dealers in fertilizer distribution and over 500 dealers in the cement sector.
- As a serial entrepreneur with a strong presence in rural Maharashtra, Mr. Patni has been instrumental in the group’s success. Over the past 16 years, he has driven the group’s turnover from INR 5 crores to INR 300 crores annually.
- Mr. Patni’s achievements include the successful execution of a large project exceeding INR 100 crores at Washim (Maharashtra) through Tulsi Infra (Group Company).

- Mr. Nilesh Patni, known for his positive leadership, brings 20 years of experience in the fertilizer, seed, and construction businesses in Akola district.
- For the past 12 years, he has been actively involved in the day-to-day operations of Patni Cold Storage and Patni Traders, his youthful enthusiasm motivates and inspires his team.

- Mr. Pranay Patni is a young and energetic professional with MBA in Finance, bringing modern business practices to the company.
- He has actively participated in extracurricular activities since his college days and gained valuable experience handling clients like Edelweiss at the Bank of India Corporate Branch in Mumbai.
- Currently serving as a managing partner at Patni Traders, Akola, he contributes significantly to the company’s growth and development.
